Supersense is proud to present the return of Overground, the legendary 'festival-within-a-festival' of exploratory improvised music originally created for the Melbourne International Jazz Festival. It is a collaborative experiment bringing together an extraordinary line-up of Australian and international musicians and artists operating across the lines of free improvisation, classicism, performance art, transgression, noise, poetry, comedy, conceptualism, despair and joy.

See icons and agitators of Australia's contemporary music underground alongside international forces of music in first-time collaborations curated by Sophia Brous with Liquid Architecture and the Now Now, and performed in Arts Centre Melbourne's underground foyers and hidden spaces.
